# Expansion of the KVH® production line in Cölbe (D)

	
A promising upgrade for our site in Cölbe, boosting production by around 66%.

With this technological milestone, we are setting new standards in timber processing. Our [plant in Cölbe](/locations/) has successfully modernized its production line for [solid structural timber (KVH)](/solid-structural-timber/), significantly increasing its performance. This upgrade not only enhances capacity but also brings greater flexibility and precision to KVH manufacturing.

## More output, more variety, more customer value

By integrating state-of-the-art technologies, we’ve increased daily KVH production from 300 m³ to 500 m³, which is an impressive 66% boost. This upgrade allows us to meet the growing demand for high-quality structural timber. The plant now covers all standard dimensions from 38x80 mm to 160x300 mm, making it even easier to fulfil specific customer requirements efficiently.
