Whistleblower Form

At Wood & Energy, we place great importance on ethics, integrity, and respect in all our activities. In order to ensure a responsible working and business environment, we provide a whistleblowing mechanism that is accessible to our employees as well as to any external stakeholders connected with the company.

This mechanism allows, in good faith and without any financial consideration, the reporting of any suspected violation of laws or of our ethical principles, in particular:

  • criminal offences
  • fraud or damage to financial interests
  • breaches relating to safety, the environment, public health, human rights, data protection, competition, the fight against tax and social fraud, or any other applicable legal obligations.

The mechanism may be used by any person with a professional relationship with Wood & Energy, including employees, interns, board members, subcontractors, suppliers, partners, or any other external stakeholder.

Reports may be submitted either on a named or anonymous basis via the form below. However, identified reports are encouraged in order to facilitate the handling of the case.

Wood & Energy guarantees:

  • Accessibility of the mechanism: the reporting system is open to all stakeholders and available at all times
  • No retaliation: no person who reports in good faith will be subject to sanctions or discriminatory measures
  • Confidentiality: the identity of the whistleblower and the information provided are treated in strict confidence, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Each report is acknowledged within 7 days. Following analysis, the case may be closed or may lead to an internal investigation. Feedback will be provided within a maximum of 3 months after the acknowledgment of receipt (extendable to 6 months where justified).

We invite you to use this form responsibly and in good faith.
